Obituary of DONALD H. RYAN

Donald H. Ryan passed away Monday, November 26, 2018 at Villa Marie Claire Hospice in Saddle River, NJ. He was 80. Born in Jersey City, NJ, he was raised in Bayonne, NJ and resided there before coming to Montville, NJ 52 years ago. Mr. Ryan served honorably in the United States Air Force during peacetime. He had worked in Sales with Precision Electric Motor Works of Clifton before retiring nearly 5 years ago. Don was a longtime member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, the St. Pius X Knights of Columbus Council, the Montville Seniors, and the USAR Radio Station Veterans. He was also an avid NY Giants fanatic. Survivors include his loving wife of 53 years, Patricia J. (nee Kretkowski); his beloved children, Kimberley A. Visconti of Pocono Lake, PA, and Donald G. Ryan and his wife Rachel of Totowa, NJ; his siblings, Grace Castora of hasbrouck Heights, NJ and Justin Ryan of Bayonne, NJ; and his four grandchildren who were the light of his life, Alexa, Presley, Everly, and Penny Layne. Don was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Flood.
