Eleanor V. Gallagher (née Hogan) formerly of Brooklyn, NY passed away on April 6, 2019 at her home in Rockaway Township, NJ.
Eleanor was predeceased by her beloved husband of 51 years, James E. Gallagher; her sister, Loretta Hogan Winters, and her brothers, Richard & Kenneth Hogan.
She was the devoted and proud mother of Annmarie Cogliati (Ron), James Jr. (Mary), Maureen (Beverly), and Patrick (Jessica), and the beloved Nana to Patrick, Katie, Maggie, Jimmy, Carey and Jaiden.
She is also survived by her brothers, John P. Hogan (Mary Jo), James Hogan (Alice), and her sisters-in-law, Loretta Hogan & Carol Hogan.
Eleanor was also a loving daughter, sister, aunt, sister-in-law and dear friend to many.
In lieu of flowers, the family of Eleanor requests memorial donations to The St. Peter the Apostle-Appalachia Project, 179 Baldwin Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054.
