Obituary of ARNOLD LONGARZO

Arnold passed away peacefully at Morristown Memorial Hospital with those who loved him by his side. Arnold Longarzo, much loved husband of Elizabeth and devoted father to Patricia Castrianni, Lisa Sage Muldaur and Charles Williams. Devoted grandfather to Kelly Rudich, Anthony Longarzo, Peter C. Castrianni, Jenna Castrianni and Skyler Muldaur, as well as being a great grandpa to Sienna Rose, Stella Grace and Jonathon Liam. Arnold was a true Jersey boy. Born and raised in Lyndhurst, NJ. Listening to Frank Sinatra and playing golf were some of his greatest pleasures. Arnold was a WWII veteran, serving his country with distinction in the South Pacific from 1943 to 1946. He served on the USS Sphinx, rising to the rank of Shipfitter 2nd Class and was in attendance at the Japanese surrender in Tokyo Bay on September 2, 1945. Truly a member of the Greatest Generation. He was man who loved family, GOD and country. He will be remembered by all who knew him and respected him. He was one of a kind.
