Obituary of ANGELO A. LEPORE

Angelo A. Lepore, 87, passed away Wednesday evening, April 17, 2019 at Bright View Assisted Living.
Born and raised in Newark, NJ, he was a resident of the Pine Brook section of Montville, NJ for over 45 years.
Mr. Lepore earned his BS in Pharmacy from Rutgers University in 1953 and subsequently served in the United States Army during peacetime.
He was a pharmacist at the Walgreens Pharmacy in West Caldwell for 22 years before his retirement in 2013. Previously, he was the proprietor of the Ashland Pharmacy in East Orange.
Mr. Lepore was preceded in death by his wife, Sofia Lepore (nee Boccardo) in 2016; and a sister, Levia Bridgida. He is survived by his two daughters, Maria Lepore of Westchester, PA., and Michelle Knapp of Hackettstown, NJ; his siblings, Vincenza Boccardo of Succasunna, NJ and Pasquale Lepore of Bloomfield, NJ; and two granddaughters, Lauren and Kristen Knapp.
