Vincent Milano passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Saturday June 15, at The Chelsea in Montville. He was 81 years old. Born and raised in Newark, Vincent attended Barringer High School and then the Newark College of Engineering, earning a degree in Drafting. He worked as a Draftsman for Automatic Switch Company in Florham Park for over 45 years. Upon his retirement Vincent worked security at the Novartis Complex in East Hanover. In 1960, Vincent married Joan (nee Priorre) and in 1965 the couple moved to East Hanover where they raised their family. Vincent had a special way about him, wherever he went he made friends and left a lasting impression. He will be missed by all at The Chelsea. Vincent was preceded in death by his parents; Pasquale & Ventrina, his sisters; Eleanor & Grace, his brother; Anthony; and his beloved son; Frank. Vincent is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Joan; his daughter Lisa and her daughter; Ashley, his son Michael and his wife Michelle and their children; Michaela & Mia, and his daughter Linda and her husband Greg and their children; Emilie, Nicole & Maria.
