Obituary of MAO GUAN CHEN

Mao Guan Chen passed away Tuesday afternoon, February 25, 2020 at Hackensack University Hospital in Hackensack, NJ. He was 74. Born in Fu Jian, China, he immigrated to the United States 17 years ago, settling in New York, NY. He had lived in Edison, NJ before coming to Parsippany, NJ 6 years ago. Mr. Chen had worked as a farmer and later was a factory owner while living in China. After immigrating to America, he had worked as a sushi chef at the Grand Buffet in Edison before his retirement. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Zhu Xian Chen; five children, Qiao Ying Chen, Yun Yu Chen, Bing Fa (Andy) Chen, Yun Ying Chen, and Yun Yan Chen; a brother and three sisters; and 10 grandchildren.
