Bronislawa "Blanche" Kurdyla passed away Saturday morning, March 28, 2020 at her home in the Whippany section of Hanover Township surrounded by her loving family. She was 91.
Born in Jasliska, Poland on November 16, 1928, Mrs. Kurdyla immigrated to the United States in 1967, settling in Irvington, NJ. She had been a resident of Whippany since 1979.
Mrs. Kurdlya had worked as a machine operator with the Ludwig Manufacturing Company in Parsippany before her retiring many years ago. She was also a loving homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Walerian in June of 2019, and seven siblings.
Survivors include her seven children and their spouses, Stefania Slowakiewicz (Wladyslaw) of Parsippany, NJ, Wanda Bukowczyk (the late George), of Little Falls, NJ, Richard Kurdyla (Stella) of Clark, NJ, Robert Kurdyla (Anna) of Florham Park, NJ, Chester Kurdyla (Margaret) of Denville, Mary Skomial (the late Jerzy) of Lake Hiawatha, NJ and Sophie Costanza (Frank) of Parsippany, NJ; a sister, Stanislawa of Poland; twenty three grandchildren and twenty three great-grandchildren.
DUE TO PUBLIC HEALTH CONCERNS, ALL SERVICES AND INTERMENT AT OUR LADY OF CZESTOCHOWA POLISH CATHOLIC CEMETERY AND NATIONAL SHRINE IN DOYLESTOWN, PA WILL BE PRIVATE FOR FAMILY ONLY.
