Obituary of WILLIAM ORTIZ

William Ortiz passed away suddenly Saturday, April 25, 2020 at his home in Paterson. He was 63. Born and raised in Sam Juan, Puerto Rico, he moved to Paterson, NJ over 40 years ago. Mr. Ortiz had worked as a A/C and refrigeration master technician with the Monsen Engineering Company before his retirement many years ago. Survivors include his daughter, Karen Enid Ortiz; his son, William Ortiz and his wife, Erene; siblings, Teresa Soto, Gladys Ortiz Soto, Erminio Soto; and his six grandchildren, Karielyz Marie Ortiz, Elijah Iban Palmer, Ryan Iban Palmer, Justin William Ortiz, Jules Erene Ortiz, and Jazlyn Erene Ortiz. Mr. Ortiz was preceded in death by his sister, Margarita; and his brother, Ismael. IN THE INTERSET OF PUBLIC HEALTH, ALL SERVICES AND SUBSEQUENT CREMATION WILL BE PRIVATE.
