Rita M. Scelsi (nee Smith) passed away May 11, 2020 at the Anchor Care Center in Keyport, NJ.
Born in Jersey City, NJ she was a resident of Palisades Park, NJ, before moving to Matawan, NJ in 1992.
Mrs. Scelsi had been a secretary with USA Security in Hackensack, NJ preceding her retirement.
Preceded in death by her husband, Ralph T. Scelsi in 2014; she is survived by her two loving daughters, Debra Dembek (Joe) of Parsippany, NJ and JoAnn Gross (James) of Port Monmouth, NJ; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In the interest of public health, all services and entombment at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Keyport will be private. A Memorial Mass will be scheduled in the future. Please keep the family in your prayers at this very difficult time.
