Jayaben M. Solanki (nee Chauhan) passed away Friday evening, June 12, 2020 at her home in Hoboken, New Jersey in the presence of her loving family. She was 91.
Born and raised in Randur, Gujarat, India she immigrated to the United States 25 years ago, settling in Hoboken, NJ.
Mrs. Solanki was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Manilal Solanki; a son, Ramesh Solanki; and several siblings. Survivors include four children, Pravin Solanki of India, Niranjana Trivedi of Phoenix, AZ., Daksha Ahir of Jersey City, NJ, and Rajni Solanki of Lodi, NJ.; nine grandchildren, Prajna Solanki, Vidya Solanki, Ketan Solanki, Kirti Solanki, Kirti Solanki, Jayshri Gamoth, Chaitanya Solanki, Sargam Ahir, Krunal Ahir, and Atmiya Solanki; and five great grandchildren.
Due to regulations associated with the COVID pandemic, Funeral Services and cremation at Rosedale Crematory, Orange will be private. Please keep the family in your prayers at this difficult time.
