Obituary of Anne Cane

Mrs. Anne (nee DiBenedetta) Cane died Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at the Morris View Nursing Home in Morris Township following a long illness. She was 97.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she had lived most of her life in Queens, NY before moving to Montville Township in 1996.
Mrs. Cane had been the co-owner of Meet Me at the Sand Restaurant in Richmond Hill, NY with her late husband Giovanni "John" Cane for over 30 years before her retirement.
Survivors include her son, Chris F. Cane of Parsippany; three grandchildren, John Cane, Joanne Cane, and Christine Zydel; and four great-grandchildren.
