Mr. Carmen Pasquale Sr. died Saturday morning, March 19, 2005 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville following a long illness. He was 81.
Born in Retort, PA., he had lived in Paterson and Passaic before moving to Parsippany 51 years ago.
Mr. Pasquale had worked as a major blaster with his family business, Pasquale Brothers Blasters of Parsippany for over 50 years. He retired 16 years ago. He had also worked as a plumbing contractor in his younger years.
He was a longtime member of St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Parsippany and the Local # 825 Operating Engineers of Newark.
An avid bowler, he was also a former member of several area bowling leagues, including the Morris Hills League.
Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Marie (nee Di Bello); two daughters, Ann Trainor and her husband Robert and Linda Pasquale both of Parsippany; a son, Carmen Pasquale Jr. and his wife Theresa of Parsippany; a sister Alice Tomojko of Fair Lawn; and six grandchildren, Jon, Christopher, Eric, David, Gina, and Carly.
