Obituary of RUTH PAULINE LEVIN

Mrs. Ruth Pauline (nee Davidoff) Levin died Wednesday afternoon, January 11, 2005 at the Troy Hills Nursing Center following a brief illness. She had recently celebrated her 98th Birthday. Born in New York, NY, Mrs. Levin had lived many years in Bronx, NY and for 31 years in Lakewood, before coming to Parsippany three years ago. She had earned a Bachelors Degree in education from the New York University and had been a history teacher in Manhattan for many years before her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Abraham M. Levin in 2000. Survivors include: a daughter, Lenore Paddock of Montville; a son, Donald Levin and his wife Amy of Larchmont, NY; a brother, Harold Daynard and his wife Frances of Hartsdale, NY; four grandchildren, Wendy Weis and her husband Bob, Peter Drucker and his wife Suzanne Vine, Jared Levin and his wife Jennifer, and David Levin and his fiancee Linda Acus; and six great-grandchildren Kevin, Steven, and Kyle Weis, Benjamin and Rachel Drucker, and Nora Levin.
