Obituary of JEAN SAIYA

Mrs. Jean (DiPaolo) Saiya died Thursday evening, February 9, 2006 at the Memorial Pembroke Pines Hospital in Pembroke Pines, Florida. She would have celebrated her 100th birthday on April 10. Born and raised in Newark, she was a lifelong resident. Mrs. Saiya was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Dominic in 1968. Survivors include: her sons, Salvatore and his wife Yvonne of Cape Coral, Florida and Vincent and his wife Georgette of Pembroke Pines, Florida; a sister, Gilda Rotonda of Montville, seven grandchildren, Vincent Saiya, Jean Zace, Denise Helbig, Judy Derr, Jacqueline Saiya, Janet Santiago, and Janice Gonzales; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
