Miss Charlotte Lyons died Tuesday morning, June 13, 2006 at the Pine Acres Nursing Home in Madison following a long illness. She was 89.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Miss Lyons had lived most of her life in New York City, NY before coming to Montville in 2002. She recently moved to Pine Acres Nursing Home.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree from the New York University, New York, NY.
Miss Lyons had been a legal secretary with the firm of Fuchsberg and Fuchsberg in New York, NY for many years before retiring in 1982.
She is survived by a niece, Miriam Lyons of Boonton Township and her dear friend Amelia Trader of New York, NY.
At Charlotte's request all services were held privately.
