Ms. Frances Lorraine Waters died Thursday evening, January 4, 2007 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clare's Hospital in Dover. She was 82.
Born in Hagerman, TX., she had lived in Hawthorne, Paterson, Totowa, Johnsburg, NY., and Parsippany before recently moving to Madison.
Ms. Waters was a homemaker.
Survivors include: a daughter, Nancy Gerencser of Lake Hiawatha; a son, Floyd Vigorito of Maryland; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Per Frances' request, all arrangements will be private. For those so desiring, memorial gifts to the American Diabetes Association, 19 Schoolhouse Road, Somerset, NJ 08873 would be appreciated.
