Obituary of LESLIE MAY OSTERMAN

Leslie (May) Osterman died Tuesday evening, February 5, 2007 at the Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clare's Hospital in Dover following a long battle with liver cancer. She was 44. Born in Manhasset, NY she was raised in Port Washington, NY and lived in New York, NY for twelve years before moving to Parsippany in 1998. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Ithaca College in 1980. Mrs. Osterman had worked as a project manager with the ADP Corporation in New York for three years before becoming ill. Previously, she had worked in the same capacity with Bear Stearns and Merrill Lynch, both in New York. She was preceded in death by her mother Rosiland (nee Davidson) May in 1990. Survivors include: her husband Scott Osterman; two children, Reed and Aimee, both at home; her father Eric May and step-mother Lynn of Port Washington, NY; two brothers, Steven May and his wife Gail and Jeffrey May and his wife Kara, both of Dalton, MA.; her four nieces Ariel , Aylsa, Rose and Cate May all of Dalton, MA.; and her in-laws Steve and Sandy Osterman of Parsippany. The period of mourning will be observed Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday from 7:30 until 8:30pm at Leslie's late residence: 9 Pigeon Hill Road, Parsippany.
