Emil Karl Jung died Thursday, March 1, 2007 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. He was 86.
Born in Glatt, Germany, he immigrated to the United States in 1950, settling in Newark. He had lived in West Orange for nearly 50 years before moving to Randolph six months ago.
Mr. Jung was a real estate broker with the Degnan Realty Co. of West Orange for 16 years before founding Equidad International Inc. Real Estate in Livingston in 1976. He retired in 2000.
He was a member of the Schlaraffia German Club in Dover.
He was predeceased by his wife Friedel (nee Braeuninger) in 2006.
Survivors include his son, Harty Jung and his wife Helene of East Hanover; and four grandchildren.
At the family's request all arrangements will be handled privately. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Seton Hall University Blue Pirates Sports Program, South Orange Avenue, South Orange, NJ, 07079.
