Mr. Dahyabhai Patel died suddenly Sunday, March 25, 2007 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. He was 82.
Born in Surat, Gujarat, India he had lived most of his life there before immigrating to the United States in 2002. He settled in Parsippany.
Mr. Patel had been a pharmacist in India before his retirement.
Survivors include his wife Shardaben; a son, Sanjeev Patel; three daughters, Varsha Patel, Smita Patel and Priti Sitwala; six grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
