Obituary of JOYCE D. MEEKER

Mrs. Joyce Dorothy Meeker (nee Smith) died Sunday morning, April 1, 2007 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville following a sudden illness. She was 77. Born in Glen Ridge, she was raised in Verona and had lived in Bloomfield before coming to the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany 42 years ago. Mrs. Meeker had worked as a bank teller with the Bloomfield Savings Bank in Bloomfield. She also later worked as a driver with the Kevah Konner Bus Company of Pine Brook before her retirement. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Herbert H. Meeker; and a sister Carol Paine of West Caldwell.
