Obituary of ESSIE S. KNEBEL

Mrs. Essie S. Knebel died Sunday morning, April 15, 2007 at her home in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. She was 94. Born in Kommenetz Podulsk, Russia, she came to the Untied States in 1921 settling in New York, NY. She had lived in Lake Hiawatha, and in Cleveland, Tennessee for 30 years before returning to Lake Hiawatha 7 years ago. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Knebel was preceded in death by her husband Leo in 1992. Survivors include a daughter Joan Gootblatt and her husband George of Lake Hiawatha; a son, David Knebel and his wife Julie of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. At the family's request, all arrangements were private.
