Obituary of WILLIAM HIGGINS

William Higgins died suddenly, Saturday morning, May 12, 2007 at his home in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. He was 63. Born in Orange, he was raised in Montclair before moving to Lake Hiawatha in 1970. Mr. Higgins served stateside in the U.S. Army from 1964-70. He was a forman with Passaic Engraving for the last 34 years. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Jennie Higgins, and two brothers, Edward and Theodore Howell. Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Ruth (nee Hubbard); a son William J. and his wife Deanna of Medford, a daughter, Ann Peri and her husband Robert of Livingston; a sister, Jane Turton of West Caldwell; four grandchildren, Brendan and Colleen Higgins and Grace and Max Peri; and several nieces and nephews.
