I could speak of my mother and her love. Of how deeply she touched everyone she knew, always extending open arms. I could try to describe the remarkable capacity for compassion and understanding she possessed or talk about the smiles and laughter she would so effortlessly persuade. I could illustrate how she lovingly brought a child into this world and carefully guided him, providing him the best she could with the tools he needed to become the best man, husband and father he could be. I could talk about my mother with immense affection as a grandmother and mother-in-law or speak of any one of a myriad of strong and colorful attributes she possessed, with love and unparalleled admiration. But no matter how poetically I might, there would always be so much more poetry unspoken. … valuable poetry I will always keep that poetry in my heart - leaving none unspoken, none unwritten. My mother was a remarkable soul. Thank you, Mom, for giving me the poetry that my heart will always keep close and never, ever, leave unspoken. I miss you Mom... and I love you.

I am Helga's niece from Sacramento, California. I haven't seen Aunt Helga since I was young because we live on opposite ends of the country. My mom has always kept in touch with Helga and always spoke so fondly of her sister. I feel a great loss because we all share a strong family bond even though we are miles apart. Our thoughts and prayers are with Helga's family and we know that they will greatly miss her. I hope they will find comfort in such a difficult time.

My condolences to the family. I am an aquintance of her Brian. He always spoke highly of his mother and it was obvious he held her in high regard. It is most difficult having a parent pass on but there is one shining hope for the future that when we pass on we shall be reunited with out loved ones.
