Obituary of LAURA RIZZO

Mrs. Laura (nee Lanzillotto) Rizzo died Thursday evening, June 28, 2007 at her home in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. She was 62. Born in New York, NY, she had lived in Bronx, NY before moving to Lake Hiawatha in 1968. Mrs. Rizzo had worked as a school crossing guard with the Parsippany Police Department in Parsippany for many years, retiring several years ago when she became ill. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, John P. Rizzo; a son, Dominick Rizzo and his wife Laura of Wayne; a daughter, Joann Pierro of Lake Hiawatha; a sister, Josephine Maggio of Port St. Lucie, Florida; and four grandchildren, Mario, Michelle and Angelina Pierro, and Anton Rizzo.
