Aunt Marci was a firecracker, someone who always made a smile out of a frown, who brought the sun out in a blizzard. Most of all, she was someone that when your heart was aching, she could help you keep it together and make it beat a symphony of hope and love. I wish i could have known Aunt Marci more, as with each story and each memory shared of her is a beautiful reminder of how truly loving and devoted she was- and in all of our hearts, always will be. Cousin Mark, the incredible bond you had with your mother is something that will never die, it will live on forever until you can be together again- until then, this big family will your liferaft in this world's ocean of uncertainty. We all love you so much-

Mark, your Mom was always there for everyone in this family. She always had a smile, always greeted everyone with open arms. I honestly can say in the 34 years I knew her she never uttered a negative word about anyone. In turn, we are all here for you anytime, for anything. Maybe being a closer knit family can help fill the void a little bit.

Our heartfelt sympathy to you, Mark and your family. Marcy was a wonderful person and such a good friend. We will miss her. She was so proud of you, Mark. Please continue to make her proud of you. We were friends and colleagues at Pascack Hills and then became friends again at Pascack Valley teaching next door to each other. She absolutely loved Andrea Boccelli and would come into my computer room every time I played the CD. Her heart was so big and kind. Jack and I will miss her.Love Joanne and Jack Klaus

Mark,
In over the 40 years I knew your Mom, no matter how much time passed between visits or phone calls, it was like we talked or saw each other yesterday. We just seemed to pick up where we left off. Your Mom was never judgemental or harsh. She cared about everyone's well being with a compassionate heart. I will always remember her kindness, her special laugh and her spirit! Everything she was is a part of you that despite all time, is your gift from her. You are her legacy. Through your goodness and caring, she will live on............Love, Barbara

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to Marcie's family. I first met her at Pascack Hills High School when I began teaching English in 1968. Marcie was always friendly and kind to me and I enjoyed talking with her. I transferred to the Hills in 1975 and some years later was delighted to see that Marcie was now at Pascack Valley, also. Our classrooms were on the second floor and near to each other, so I saw her each day, sometimes only to wave hello. One year Marcie arranged for a group of us "girls" to have dinner at the Manor and enjoy their beautiful Christmas decorations. Since Marcie and I both retired in 2002, we shared laughs and a "countdown" for the remaining days till school was over. Later we shared lunches and phone calls. I even visited her lovely home, but in the past two years we had not kept in touch. My last conversation with Marcie was of the new carpet that she was so happy to have installed and cruises she was taking. I was so shocked to hear of her passing. She was a lovely, upbeat person, who always went out of her way to be a caring friend to me. I know she will be sorely missed.
With deepest sympathy,
Gail Roncevic

Mom,
I love you more than you will ever know...
The last few years we spent together were so special to me because we became close friends, not just mother and son.
We shared so many special times of love and laughter that I will hold in my heart forever and they have helped to shape the person I am today.
And although I miss you now and always will, I know that you and Daddy will forever be watching over me.
Your Loving Son,
Mark
