Obituary of ROBERT RIMLI

Mr. Robert Rimli Sr. died Thursday morning, February 28, 2008 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clare's Hospital in Dover following an extended illness. He was 83. Born in Newark, Mr. Rimli was raised in Parsippany and had lived in the Lake Hiawatha section fo the township since 1955. He served in the US Navy Airforce during World War II. He was member of the Bomber Squadron and had flown in Britain and South America. Mr Rimli had worked as a foreman with the Kay Electric Company in Pine Brook for many years, retiring 20 years ago. He was a member of the National Rifle Association. Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Elizabeth S. (nee Moore); four children, Linda Zotynia of Netcong, Robert Rimli Jr. of Lake Hiawatha, Jeanne Zotynia of Kunkletown, PA., and Mark Rimli of Amelia, VA.; a brother, Donald Rimli of Lake Hopatcong; nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
