Mark Attanasio died Tuesday, March 4, 2008. He was 47. Born in Newark, he had lived in Livingston before moving to Randolph 18 years ago. Mr. Attanasio was the president and owner of Electromedia Design in Denville for the last 20 years. He had worked with and grown the company, which was founded by his father, the late Patrick Attanasio, for the last 30 years. He was a member of Temple B'nai Or of Morristown and the Jewsih Community Center in Whippany. Mr. Attanasio had been active with the Randolph Township Soccer Program. He had served as a coach for each of his childrens'soccer teams over the years and had volunteered as a team coordinator as well. Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Susan Feinberg Attanasio; his three children, twins Shaina and Jared, and Zarah all at home; his mother, Rhoda Attanasio of West Orange; and a brother, Richard of Denville. Funeral services and interment at the Pine Brook Cemetery were conducted on March 6, 2008. The family will be establishing an educational fund for the Attanasio children. For those so desiring, memorial donations for this fund can be sent directly to the family at their residence or care of the funeral home.
