Obituary of MADELINE M. GABRIELE

Madeline M. Gabriele (LaPolla) died Wednesday morning, April 23, 2008 at her home in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany. She was 79. Born in Orange, she had lived in East Orange and the Vailsburg section of Newark, before moving to Lake Hiawatha 44 years ago. Mrs. Gabriele had worked as a checker with the Alfred Dunner Company in Parsippany for 17 years, retiring 12 years ago. She was alongtime member of St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church where she had been active with the Rosary Altar Society and the Golden Age Seniors. She was also a member of the Lake Hiawatha Senior Citizens. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Philip A. Gabriele; two sons, Philip G. Gabriele andhis wife Nancy of California and Paul J. Gabriele and his wife Julia of Parsippany; a sister, Caroline Rubinetti of Toms River and four grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, Danielle, and Jenna.
