Ms. Theresa M. Chadwick (nee Frazell) died Saturday morning, May 3, 2008 at her home in Montville. She was 67.
Born in Dover, she had lived in Mine Hill before moving to Montville.
Ms. Chadwick had worked as a bus driver in Morris County for many years, retiring 15 years ago.
Survivors include her son, Christopher L. Chadwick and his wife Catherine; a brother, Mathew Frazell; a sister, Helen Meeker; and two granddaughters, Taylor Connelly and Madison Chadwick.
