My dearest Ming Chi- I was so sorry to get the email of your mom's passing. The thoughts and prayers of my family are with all of you. I will always remember the meals at your house during our college days. Your mom made the best chicken wings and "octopus". Send love and wishes to your family. Dear Ming & Family,

To Mr. Shiang I say: "The love and courage you showed in your marriage will serve as an example to your children and all those who were touched by them."

To the Shiang family,
For more than 16 years I have felt a part of you all as I befriended mom. She was the fragrance God sent here to remind us that His creation is perfect.
I will always remember her love for me and the gift of her friendship.
Over the years she shared recipes with me after she has alllowed me to taste hers first.
She has made her transition and awaiting us to join her in God's time. Please keep the memeories alive. My husband, sons, sisters,and mother extend their condolences.
