Obituary of STEPHEN J. DE BELLO

Mr. Stephen J. DeBello died peacefully Wednesday morning, December 31, 2008 at his home in the Pine Brook section of Montville. He was 68. Born and raised in Jersey City, he had lived in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany before moving to Pine Brook 31 years ago. Mr. DeBello earned his BA in business from Rutgers. He served in the United States Army during peacetime. He was a co-founder of Computel Communications in Montville where he served as CEO for the last 30 years. He had been a member of the Kiwanis Club of Montville Township. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Evelyn (nee Lauda); three children, Michele Gonzalez and her husband Jerry of Montville, Stephen DeBello III of Montclair, and Lynne Biondi and her husband Tom of Denville; a brother, Donale DiBello of Little Falls; and five grandchildren, Matthew, Jacquelyn, Rachael, Nicholas, and Benjamin.
