Obituary of CECEILIA ROSE BRUNNER

Mrs. Ceceilia "Ceil" Rose Brunner (nee Frenchman)died suddenly, Monday evening, April 13, 2009 at St. Clare's Hospital in Dover. She was 81. Born in Newark, she had lived in West Orange before coming to Montville in 1994. Mrs. Brunner had worked as a purchasing agent with the East Orange Police Department before retiring over 30 years ago. She had volunteered as a Brownie, Girl Scout and Boy Scout Leader. More recently, she was a member of the Montville Township Seniors, and president of the Campagna Condo Association Board of Trustees in Montville. An avid N.Y. Yankees fan, she had also been a poll worker with the election boards in East Orange and later, Montville. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Herman G. Brunner Survivors include her children, Andrea L. Hauck and her husband James of Towaco and Kenneth Brunner and his wife Deborah of Livingston; her dear sister Millicent Brenner of Nutley; and four cherished grandchildren, Michele and Jenna Hauck and Jaclyn and Stephanie Brunner.
