Phil will be missed by every member of the American Legion Post 249. He was a welcoming smile with a tight handshake every time I saw him. You will be missed my friend.

Our Dear Phil. So many wonderful memories. You will always be my "Precious". One of the first members of the Legion over 35 team to bat 1,000.
1 at bat 1 hit! You were so proud. Give Madeline our love. Continue to take care of each other as you have always done.

Phil will be missed by everyone at the American Legion especially by me.When I first joined Post 249, 25 years ago, Phil kind of took me under his wing. He showed me the ropes about a lot of the American Legion. I will miss him very much and treasure the memories I have had with him. Phil, much I will miss you very much especially since you moved Upstairs.
