Anita Marcus (nee Sass) died Monday morning, December 14, 2009 at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston. She was 80.
Born in Bronx, NY, Mrs. Marcus had lived in Westfield and Lake Hiawatha before coming to Parsippany.
She had been a clerical worker with the BASF Company of Parsippany for 19 years, retiring 15 years ago.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Marcus in 1990.
Survivors include her children, Pati Marcus of Lake Hiawatha, Jed Marcus of Parsippany, Robin Marcus of Philadelphia, PA., and Lisa Marcus of Delanco; three brothers, Ira Sass of Florida, Irving Sass of California, and Robert Sass of Canada; two granddaughters, Rachel Entel and Sarah Marcus; and two great-grandchildren, Evelyn and Abigail Entel.
