Obituary of LENA FORCE

Lena Force (nee Dell'Aglio) died Wednesday morning, August 25, 2010 at her daughter's home in Montville Township. She was 94. Born in San Valentino, Torio, Italy, she immigrated to the United States at the age of six settling in West New York. She had lived in Union City and North Bergen before moving to West Caldwell in 1997. Mrs. Force had worked as a seamstress with the International Ladies Garment Worker's Union of West New York for many years before retiring at age 70. She was preceded ind death by her husband Howard Force, Sr. Survivors include her children, Mary Willi and her husband Paul of North Bergen, Howard Force, Jr. and his wife Lori of Park Ridge, and Joanne Samara and her husband Thomas of Montville; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
