Obituary of CHIMANBHAI N. PATEL

Chimanbhai N. Patel died Sunday morning, January 23, 2011 at the Lakeland Heath Care Cener in Wanaque. He was 85. Born in Uttersanda, India, he came to the United States in 1995. He had lived in Edison before coming to Rockaway. Mr. Patel worked as a banker in India before retiring. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Nayana and a grandson. Survivors include his wife Suryakantaben Patel; his children, Anilkumar Patel of Rockaway, Navit Patel of Texas, Bharat Patel of Lake Parsippany, and Gita Patel of Toronto, Canada; and nine grandchildren. Besanu (Family Prayer) will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2011 between 12pm and 3pm at the family residence, 16 Kelly Court, Rockaway, NJ 07866.
