Obituary of SELMA BLANCHE BALLENBERG

Selma Blanche Ballenberg died Thursday eving, February 17, 2011 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. She was 97. Born in New York, NY, she had been a resident of Lake Hiawatha and Parsippany for over 61 years. Mrs. Ballenberg had worked as an executive secretary to the president of Sultana Hoisery in New York City. Later, she assisted her son in the family business, Allenby Furniture in Pine Brook before retiring at the age of 93. She was a member of the Hadassah. She was preceded in death by her husband Nathaniel in 1975. Survivors inclue her two sons, Robert I. Ballenberg of Long Valley, and William B. Ballemnberg of North Brunswick; and two grandsons, Josh and Nat Ballenberg.
