Richard G. Rosa died suddenly Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at his home in Newark. He was 60.
Born in Newark, he was raised in Lyndhurst and lived in Belleville before returning to Newark 25 years ago.
Mr. Rosa was employed as a library technical assistant at the Union County College Library for the last 5 years. Previously, he worked in technical support with AT & T for 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents Salvatore G. and Esther L.(nee Stover) Rosa. Survivors include his brother, James A. Rosa of Bellaire, TX.; his two nephews, Steven S. Rosa and Michael J. Rosa; his companion Glenn E. Devitt, and many friends.
