Obituary of KATHERINE WILLIAMS GALLAGHER

Katherine Williams Gallagher died suddenly, Friday, November 11, 2011 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. She was 82. Born and raised in White Plains, New York, she moved to Montville in 1973 and had lived in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany since 1997. A homemaker, Mrs. Gallagher was a longtime member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church in Montville and the church's Prayer Group. She had also been a volunteer with Meals on Wheels, the Bible Barn in Parsippany, and the former Riverside Hospital in Boonton Township. She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel in 2005. Survivors include her children Hillaire K. Gallagher of Lake Hiawatha, Christopher Gallagher of Albany, NY, and Clifford Gallagher of Grand Junction, Colorado; a granddaughter, Katherine Zaka; and a great-grandson, Malik Zaka.
