Milton Strongin died Thursday morning, November 24, 2011 at care One at Morris in Parsippany following a long illness. He was 96.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a longtime New York resident, and also lived in California before moving to Whippany.
He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the City College of New York in 1935.
Mr. Strongin was a certified public accountant by trade and had also worked as a business manager. He worked in that capacity with American Drapery Co. and later as a business manager for John Lennon and Yoko Ono before retiring 31 years ago.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ida (nee Alex) in 2001. Survivors include his two daughters, Ellen Robinson of Parsippany and Carol Sundick of Israel; and several grandchildren.
