Obituary of MARIA GRACE LISOCKY PALEOLOGO

Maria Grace Paleologo (nee Lisocky) passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, December 13, 2011 at her home in Montville. She was 75. Born in Fair View, NJ she had lived in Newark before moving to the Township of Montville 50 years ago. Mrs. Paleologo earned her Bachelors Degree from Montclair State College in 1958 and her Masters Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1975. She was certified as a teacher of the handicapped in 1976, as a supervisor in 1977, and as a reading specialist in 1978. She was employed as an educator and certifeid learnimg consultant with the Child Study Team for the Parsippany-Troy Hills Board of Education for 34 years, retiring in 1993. Mrs. Paleologo was a longtime parishioner of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church in Montville and Pi Lambda Theta National Honor and Professional Association. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Salvatore L. Paleologo; a son, Mark Paleologo of Boonton; and two granddaughters, Karena Pauline and Maria Emily Paleologo.
