Obituary of DEEPA SHARMA

Deepa Sharma died peacefully Monday morning, January 30, 2012 at her home in the Towaco section of Montville. She was 51. Born and raised in India, she immigrated to the United States in 1982, settling in Elmwood Park. She moved to Towaco in 1999. Mrs. Sharma earned her MA in Pharmacy from St. John's University in New York. She had a successful and fulfilling career as a pharmacist. First with various parmaceutical companies such as Merkt and Medco, and recently as the managing Pharmacist for Walmart in Boonton. She was an ambitious, hard working wife and mother of two who dedicated her life to her family. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Devesh Sharma; her loving children, Dr. Shelly Sharma and Saager Sharma both of Montville; her mother, Daya Rani Sharma; a brother, Naveen Saraswat; and three sisters, Manisha Sharma, Priyamvada Bakshi, and Navnika Sharma.
