Obituary of FRANCISCO FRANKIE C. ORTIZ

Francisco Carmelo Ortiz, known to friends as Frankie and F-Bomb 187, died suddenly, Friday April 6, 2012 at his home in Staten Island, NY following an apparent seizure. He was 33. Born in Manhattan, NY, he was a lifelong resident of the Tottenville section of Staten Island. Mr. Ortiz graduated from Tottenville High School and earned his Associates Degree from Blair College in Colorado Springs, CO. He was employed as a system support analyst with the F.C. Stone LLC in Manhattan. Frankie was a die-hard NY Jets fan, a Fantasy Football fanatic and was a true gamer. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Ortiz. Survivors include his mother, Luz E. "Susie" Molina and her partner Marie Macera; a brother, Louis Ortiz; a sister, Andrea Molina and her husband Luis Corchado; his grandmother, Blanca Lydia Guzman; an aunt, Wendy Ortiz and her partner Tina Marie Genovese; two uncles, David Ortiz and Hiran Ortiz, and three nieces, Jazmine, Elysia, and Isis.
