Vickie Li-Ku Chang (nee Tseng) died Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, following a stroke. She was 53.
Born in Taiwan, Mrs. Chang came to the United States in 1991 settling in Parsippany.
She earned her bachelors Degree from Tan Chung University in Taiwan and her Masters Degree from William Paterson College.
She was a homemaker.
She is survied by her husband David (Chin Fong) Chang; two sons, Jesse and Eric J. Chang; her mother, Chu Wei Lee of Parsippany; siblings, Tom R. Tzeng of Parsippany and Shen Go and Ming Gu Tseng both of China.
