Obituary of SHANTILAL N. CHOKSHI

Shantilal N. Chokshi died peacefully Friday, June 8, 2012 surrounded by his family at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. He was 97. Born in Dholka, India, he was a resident of India for most of his life before coming to the United States, and settling in Parsippany. Mr. Chokshi was a Gold an Silver Merchant in India. He was preceded in death by his wife Hira Chokshi. Survivors include his six sons, Vinod and his wife Dianne, Gunvant Parikh and his wife Lata, Bharat Parikh and his wife Bindu, Rashmi Parikh and his wife Uma, Dilip Chokshi and his wife Alka, and Kamlesh Chokshi and his wife Malini; and eleven grandchildren.
