Obituary of WANDA M. ZARNOWSKI

Wanda Mary Zarnowski (nee Wikarski) died Wednesday morning, July 18, 2012 at Independence Manor in Flemington. She was 91. Born and raised in Harrison, she was a resident of Kearny before moving to Parsippany in 1967. Recently, she had been a resident of Flemington. Mrs. Zarnowski had worked with Clark Thread Co., Western Electric, and Prudential Insurance Co., before retiring in 1981. A member of St. Peter the Apostle R.C. Church in Parsippany, she was a former member and Scout Leader at St. Cecelia's Church in Kearny and a former member, CCD Teacher and Eucharistic Minister at St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Mountain Lakes. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond J. Zarnowski in 2002. Survivors include her four children, Raymond Zarnowski, Joan Greiner, Connie Mitchko, and Nancy Young; five grandchildren, Bethany Bossio, Melissa Greiner, Rachel Young, Valerie Mitchko, and David Young; two great-grandchildren, Ayden Christopher and Isabella Noel Bossio; and a niece Carol Zinn.
