Obituary of JAMES S. NAPLES

James S. Naples died Wednesday morning, July 18, 2012 at the Hospice of NJ at St. Joseph's in Wayne. He was 92.
Born in Clifton, he was a longtime resident of Passaic before coming to the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany 12 years ago. He also maintained a home in Holiday, Florida for many years.
Mr. Naples served in the U.S. Marines during World War II.
He worked as a sales manager with Dad's Rootbeer Co. of Chicago, IL. for 20 years, retiring in 1981.
Mr. Naples was a member of the American Legion Post 347 of Clifton, and the B.P.O.E. Elks Club, Arapeka Lodge of Holiday, Florida.
Preceded in death by his son James S. Naples, he is survived by his wife of 69 years, Erma (nee DeAngelo); a daughter, Barbara V. Izzo and her husband Angelo of Towaco; and a grandson, Joseph Izzo of Towaco.
