Obituary of JAYABEN J. PATEL

Jayaben J. Patel (nee Desai) passed away suddenly Sunday afternoon, July 19, 2020 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, Rahway Campus. She was 90. Born in Nadiad, Gujarat, India, Mrs. Patel immigrated to the Untied States in 1984, settling in North Carolina. She had lived in Parsippany, NJ for 20 years before moving to Florida in 2018. She returned to live with her son in Parsippany several months ago. Mrs. Patel was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jashubhai Patel in 1977; her daughter, Bina R. Desai in 2017; and a brother, Anand Desai. She is survived by her son, Shreyas J. Patel of Parsippany; three daughters, Varsha N. Patel of Florida. Bhavna M. Patel of Florida, and Mamta K. Patel of India; a brother, Paresh Desai of North Carolina; seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
