Thanks Navin, you've brought back so many fond memories of our time in NZ with Nareshbhai. He never cheated, but he used to win because he had a fantastic recall of the used cards and was very sharp with his mental arithmetic and knew what cards could be remaining. I stopped playing with him to avoid losing. Love, Mahesh.

Nareshbhai sent us a text with his typical upbeat messages just a week prior to his sudden death. He was always jovial and smiling and ever ready to help anyone in need. He was the type of person who always found something positive or funny to smile about. He was my cousin from India and I from Fiji; we met in New Zealand and shared many years of fun and laughter. I am also fortunate to have lived with Nareshbhai and Bhanubhabi for a few years while I was studying Law at University of Auckland. All our cousins and in-laws used to get together for dinner and card games every weekend, and Nareshbhai had an uncanny knack of winning at every game, or perhaps he just cheated - we will never know now. We used to play cricket in parks and go for group picnics on the beach during summer. We used to help paint and wallpaper each other's homes and fruit shops. And as if the fast growing clan was not enough company, we used to travel together in tightly packed overloaded vehicles to Rotorua and Wellington to visit even more relatives! Years later, after I had settled in Los Angeles, Nareshbhai would stop by and visit me while on his travels to and from New Jersey where his daughters are now; and we would reminisce about the good old days.
I cannot believe he is no longer with us… I have to believe that God has bigger plans for Nareshbhai. I will never forget his infectious smile and his kindness. He was truly a blessing in my life and I will miss him terribly. May God give Nareshbhai eternal rest and the family the strength to bear the great pain.
Sincere condolences from Navin, Joshna, Nayan, Tina.

He called us the week before; so happy and cheeky; that is his quality to be admired.
My cousin; he will be missed. It was because of Nareshbhai that I met Gajraba Ba's family when I was on my own in NZ. It was because of Nareshbhai that I was lucky to marry Bhanu Bhabi's sister Sudha. Sudha and I will be ever grateful to Nareshbhai and Bhabi.
And what an amazing lesson he has taught us all by his unexpected departure; let's remember Nareshbhai by treating every meeting with each other as if we may never meet again.
We pray he has a peaceful journey to new heights.
Love to the family from Mahesh & Sudha, Rishi & Sadgurn.

Condolences to the Family.
I had met Mr Maisuria when our office moved next door to Komal Superette towards the end of last year. He was a kind and loving soul who always spoke of his family. I am deeply saddened by the news. May the almighty give the family strength.
RIP Sir.
