Sister Ursula was my mother's best friend growing up and stayed friends all the years until my mother died in 1999.. I have pictures of them as school girls she had sent me a while ago. Sister Ursula was also at my wedding, held my son as a baby, and attended that same son's my wedding. Pictures here are Sister Ursula in the center with my mother to her picture left, and the other was her holding my nephew at my Grandmother's 90th birthday. Not sure of the years. She was so bright, level-headed, and a wonderful friend to my family. Love and peace, surely she gave it to us in this life, and now she will rest in God's arms. Roxanne Gallant Seigel

Sister Ursula was the brilliant chemistry, physics and trig teacher at St. Cecilia HS who inspired me and many other students to pursue teaching and science. While saddened to learn of her passing I will enjoy all the special memories of this wonderful woman.
